K1000Ti-A is a high cost-performance turning machine CNC system, which is employed with new software and hardware design, and 7 inch color LCD display with high resolution. It provides built-in multifunctional PLC process and rich software control functions. It can control 2 feeding axes, 2 simultaneously controlled axes. It can be matched with digital AC servo driver. K1000Ti-A is suitable for CNC Lathe.
Features
Adopt 32-bit microprocessors to achieve high-speed and high-precision control with the interpolation period reaching up to 1 ms.
Using fore-acceleration control to obtain higher machining accuracy.
Equipped with a 7 inches TFT color LCD with the resolution of 800×480.
Provide preparatory functions (G code) compatible with those of FANUC.
Provide electronic disks to save data and parameters in multi-places, which is convenient to recover when malfunction happens.
The rapid traverse rate reaches up to 60 m/min and the feed rate reaches up to 30 m/min.
Be able to cut thread at a high feed rate and retract at the rapid traverse rate with the chamfering angle adjustable.
Equipped with U-disk port through which CNC systems provide the following functions: exchange programs and machining data between a CNC system and a U-disk, update systems’ software.
Support the macro-B function.
Support the function of automatic handles, which is safe (prevent colliding) and convenient when trial cutting.
