1. Standard configuration of the CNC
vertical grinding machine is a CNC FANUC system and SIEMENS-810D/840D systems.
Other systems are optional.
2. Every vertical grinding machine has an indeterminate beam. It uses one
single column structure if the rotary table's size is not bigger than 1.6M, or
a gantry structure with double vertical columns if the rotary table's size is
bigger than1.6M.
3. The CNC vertical grinding machine uses two grinding heads with different
layouts: two vertical grinding heads, one vertical grinding head and the other
horizontal end face grinding head or one vertical grinding head and the other
generating grinding head. Both the vertical grinding head and the horizontal
grinding head can realize stepless speed with high precision.
4. The guide way of the CNC vertical grinding machine uses an imported linear
roller guide with high anti vibration and the ball screw has the pretension
structure. Both the guide way and ball screw have a central lubrication system.
5. The grinding head of the CNC vertical grinding machine uses mechanical
structure and the spindle bearing is pre pressing angular contact bearing.
6. The upper and lower reciprocating of the grinding frame uses hydraulic
balance. The grinding head can rotate ±90° with worm and the worm wheel
structure driven by servo motor, and the grinding head is with the hydraulic
lock state, high precision angle encoder and high precision indexing.
7. The rotary table with a hydrostatic spindle structure is supported by a
closed hydrostatic guide way and the rotary table is driven by a motor with the
decelerating mechanism and a synchronous belt.
8. The rotary table of the CNC vertical grinding machine is configured with T
shape groove disc, and the electric permanent magnet sucker or other special
fixture is optional.
9. The machine uses the closed loop control of the high precision linear grid
ruler.
10. The CNC vertical grinding machine uses single dot linear G/W dresser, and
the arc G/W dresser or diamond roller dresser is optional.
11. The machine can be configured with G/W changing assistant fixture and G/W
static balance system.
Application
The CNC vertical grinding machine is used in internal grinding, cylindrical grinding, end face grinding, conical end face grinding and inner or outer track grinding for big ring shaped work pieces, extra big bearings and fan bearings. Different required surface grinding can be finished in one time of clamping to make sure of the grinded surfaces' position precision. The CNC vertical grinding machine is especially suitable for mass production of large gearbox casings, wind turbine gearbox bearing rings and other big bearing rings.
