Features

■Double-column and gantry layout principle, enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns and crossrail. Machine bed and table adopt double adaptive V-type sliding guideway pair (HZ-KD2010 adopts flat V-type). Teflon-laminated table guideways.

■Two wheelheads carry out the vertical elevation movement along the saddle guideway, saddle carries out the cross movement along the crossrail guideway.

■Table longitudinal movement is driven by hydraulic system with stepless speed regulation.

■Periphery wheelhead vertical feed, cross feed movement, grinding wheel dressing feed movement, universal wheelhead vertical feed, cross feed movement, rotary indexing movement are all driven by AC servo motor. Each feed axis can carry out the rapid feed movement and continuous feed movement.

■Automatic CNC control and manual electronic handwheel control of the grinding

■Adopts modular design table length can be extended every one meter.

■Optional function: variable frequency speed regulation of spindle motor, concave and convex grinding, fully-enclosed loop control of CNC axes, on line dynamic balancing of grinding wheel, etc.
